Here is a new site called just French Resources with some very well put together powerpoints.
Médecins sans Frontières have posted some short videos, transcriptions and worksheets. Good for advanced students.
York PGCSE is a blog where trainee teachers post their powerpoints and other documents. Worth a look.
We have added a large number of brilliant resources for Spanish teachers to the site. Cécile Genneviève has produced many top quality, practical powerpoints and Word documents for KS3 and KS4 (beginner to intermediate) which can be found by clicking on the link on the left of this page.
Keep checking the BLOG.
TIP OF THE MONTH
Do simple oral drills as lesson starters: present to perfect, present to future etc. Voilà!
We are...
Steve Smith (webmaster), Cécile Genneviève, Felicity Stevens and Anne Swainston from Ripon Grammar School, Ripon, North Yorkshire, UK. Frenchteacher.net started out in 2002 when we decided to share worksheets with the French-teaching community and is regularly updated with new resources and links. You will find grammar exercises, texts with exercises, powerpoints, interactive exercises and a very comprehensive set of active links for French students and teachers at all levels. There are lots of really good free resources out there!
