Modern Languages Open is "a peer-reviewed platform for the open access publication of research from across the modern languages to a global audience." From Liverpool University Press.

Scottish Languages Review. This is a twice-yearly electronic journal from SCILT.

IJLFT - International Journal of Foreign Language Teaching. This appears at least twice a year and tends to feature articles supportive of Stephen Krashen's comprehension hypothesis. A free sign-in is required. You can also choose to receive a newsletter.

The LLAS - Centre for Languages, Linguistics and Areas Studies, based at Southampton University, has articles and papers along with a Good Practice Guide.

The Open Applied Linguistics Journal. This is "an Open Access online journal which publishes original research articles, reviews, short articles and guest edited single topic issues in all areas of applied linguistics".

The CSCTFL- Central States Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Languages. This is "a refereed volume of selected papers based on the theme and program of the Central States Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Languages".

e-FLT - the Electronic Journal of Foreign Language Teaching is from the Centre for Language Studies, National University of Singapore. It has archives dating back to 2004.

Ampersand is an open access applied linguistics journal.

Journal of Language Teaching and Research.

The NECTFL - North East Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Languages. They say: "The articles deal with pedagogical strategies, materials and curriculum development, language teaching technology, the teaching of literature, assessment, community awareness projects and international studies. Manuscripts from teachers and teacher educators at all levels, pre-K through university are encouraged."

Language Learning and Technology. "Sponsored by the National Foreign Language Resource Center (NFLRC) at the University of Hawai’i and the Center for Language Education and Research (CLEAR) at Michigan State University."

JLTL - The Journal of Language Teaching and Learning."JLTL, a refereed professional journal, promotes research into foreign language teaching and learning by providing a forum specifically for foreign language teaching professionals to share their findings and explore ideas in the field of foreign language teaching." Twice yearly. Requires registration.

Journal of Linguistics and Language Teaching This is "an international academic journal which provides a platform for scientific research and academic discourse". It is edited by Thomas Tinnefeld.
