Modern Languages Open</font color> is "a peer-reviewed platform for the open access publication of research from across the modern languages to a global audience." From Liverpool University Press.

Scottish Languages Review</font color>. This is a twice-yearly electronic journal from SCILT.

SSLLT. This is a four issue a year open access journal.

IRIS Database - accessible summaries of research papers. </font color>.

IJLFT - International Journal of Foreign Language Teaching</font color>. This appears at least twice a year and tends to feature articles supportive of Stephen Krashen's comprehension hypothesis. A free sign-in is required. You can also choose to receive a newsletter.

Center for Open Educational Resources and Language Learning. The Center for Open Educational Resources & Language Learning (COERLL) is one of 16 National Foreign Language Resource Centers (LRC's) funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The overall mission of these federally-funded centers is to improve the teaching and learning of foreign languages by producing resources (materials and best practices) that can be profitably employed in a variety of settings.

The Open Applied Linguistics Journal</font color>. This is "an Open Access online journal which publishes original research articles, reviews, short articles and guest edited single topic issues in all areas of applied linguistics".

The CSCTFL- Central States Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Languages</font color>. This is "a refereed volume of selected papers based on the theme and program of the Central States Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Languages".

e-FLT - the Electronic Journal of Foreign Language Teaching</font color> is from the Centre for Language Studies, National University of Singapore. It has archives dating back to 2004.

Ampersand</font color> is an open access applied linguistics journal.

Journal of Language Teaching and Research</font color>.

The NECTFL - North East Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Languages</font color>. They say: "The articles deal with pedagogical strategies, materials and curriculum development, language teaching technology, the teaching of literature, assessment, community awareness projects and international studies. Manuscripts from teachers and teacher educators at all levels, pre-K through university are encouraged."

Language Learning and Technology</font color>. "Sponsored by the National Foreign Language Resource Center (NFLRC) at the University of Hawai’i and the Center for Language Education and Research (CLEAR) at Michigan State University."

Journal of Linguistics and Language Teaching</font color> This is "an international academic journal which provides a platform for scientific research and academic discourse". It is edited by Thomas Tinnefeld.
