A guided translation into English task for near-beginners. Topic: shopping. Gap-fill translation using a parallel text format, true sentences to spot and a few simple sentences to write.

A dictation (optional gap-fill) activity. You dictate the ten sentences and students must write if they agree or disagree (or have no opinion). This means that students have to engage with the meaning of the sentences as well as their written form.
