An interesting insight into the lives of 'Tziganes'. The task to complete a gapped summary. This could be used in the context of various themes: family, traditions or diversity.

Another (easy) video listening task based on an Arte Junior video. Sarah from Haiti. Students watch, listen and complete sentences choosing from three options. They can then translate the sentence. This could be used with a very good Y9 class. Some vocabulary is glossed.
